SPRINGBOX USER TESTING

As part of my UX and Content Strategy internship at Springbox I performed user testing on their website redesign. I created a test plan, screener, script, debrief questions, and consent form. During the tests I acted as facilitator.

Test participants included existing clients and were recruited based on their knowledge of various agency websites. During the test the user's screen and voice were recorded.

The priority of the test was to understand how users navigate through agency websites, both to understand their goals and what they look for to determine whether or not to work with that agency. Springbox created their website with a specific funnel in mind for marketing, this test would determine if that funnel accurately accounted for user's needs.

The following presentation shows the findings from the user testing. Changes have been implemented on Springbox's website based on these findings.
